All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the importation of collectible currency is permitted in their country and for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable carriers, AllBankNote.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the package and contents may be required for investigation and resolution.


Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be free from damage, alterations, or markings
  • Include original packaging when applicable

Non-Returnable Items

If you believe an item received is not authentic, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if verified, provide a full refund including original shipping charges.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for return authorization instructions.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is determined to be non-authentic.

In these cases, AllBankNote.com will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchanges

Due to the collectible nature and limited availability of many banknotes, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed. If an exchange is possible, our customer support team will assist you.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
